UC San Diego Health is seeking an Inpatient Hospital Coding Manager to lead a coding team within the Revenue Cycle department. You will oversee staff management, coding inventory, and ensuring KPI achievement in a fast-paced academic medical center.

Minimum qualifications include nine years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree plus five years, with leadership, HR policy knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. A remote work option may be available.
