UC San Diego Health is seeking an Inpatient Hospital Coding Manager to lead staff, manage coding inventory, and drive KPI performance in a remote setting. This 100% remote, career appointment role requires advanced leadership and revenue cycle expertise.

The position supports hospital coding operations across the medical center; CCS/RHIT/RHIA certifications and Epic/Solventum (3M) 360 experience are advantageous assets.

Qualificações

• Nine years of related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus five years of related experience/training.
• Solid supervisory and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough knowledge of revenue cycle management, including charge master, billing, coding and collections.

• Oversee staff management and supervision of the coding team.
• Manage coding inventory and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead KPI reporting and achievement of department goals.
