Job summary

Duke Health's Patient Revenue Management Organization seeks a compliance professional to implement and maintain programs that reduce risk across the health system. You will educate providers on government regulations, conduct internal audits, review billing and coding, and collaborate with physicians and staff to strengthen documentation and controls.

This 100% remote role requires a Bachelor’s degree and RHIA/RHIT/CCS credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• RHIA/RHIT/CCS credentials preferred.
• Experience with compliance, coding and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on government regulations with focus on Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
• Perform routine internal audits of provider documentation and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to strengthen documentation, coding and compliance controls.
