Ideal candidates will hold RHIA/RHIT/CCS certification, with strong claims interpretation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and clear communication.

Qualifications

• RHIA, RHIT or CCS certification held for 4+ years.
• MS-DRG coding/auditing experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting claims.
• Inpatient coding reviews/audits in health insurance or hospital settings.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
