Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of inpatient coding experience.
• Strong multi-specialty inpatient coding background.
• Proficiency with Epic EHR and 3M encoder.
• CCS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate inpatient coding across diverse specialties (Cardiology, Neurology, Surgical, Transplants, NICU).
• Assign diagnosis and procedure codes per standards.
• Maintain timely, accurate coding in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Meet established productivity and quality expectations.
