Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign principal/secondary diagnoses and procedures with accurate sequencing.
• Use coding guidelines and DRG/APC knowledge for appropriate codes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS and accreditation standards.
• Track productivity and maintain 95% quality rating.
