Job summary

CareMind Health, a national provider within Mindoula Health, Inc., seeks an experienced operations leader to scale inpatient and outpatient clinical services. You will hire, train and support clinicians, build staffing models, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficient, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of inpatient healthcare administrative experience, startup or growth-company background, and strong PM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• At least five years inpatient healthcare administrative experience.
• Project management experience or implementing new partnerships/markets.
• Experience building a company or business unit with P&L.
• Proficient in Word/Google Suite/Excel/PowerPoint; able to create project plans and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admin and scheduling for CareMind Inpatient practice.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for new provider hires and onboarding docs.
• Collaborate on staffing models for new inpatient programs.
• Recruit APPs for inpatient roles and manage onboarding.
• Manage credentialing workflows and onboarding of new providers.
• Develop policies to improve operational outcomes and efficiency.
• Ensure high satisfaction for patients, clients and clinicians.
