Job summary

This role supports remote work within the Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones and partners with Medical Directors to optimize patient progression and discharge planning.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license and has 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical platforms.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in acute inpatient settings or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Outlook and clinical platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and concurrent review of inpatient cases using evidence-based criteria.
• Discuss cases with facility healthcare professionals to obtain plans of care.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors on utilization management and care progression.
