Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in state of residence.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in acute inpatient settings or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Outlook and clinical platforms.
• Designated workspace with reliable high-speed home internet access.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and concurrent review of inpatient cases using evidence-based criteria (MCG/InterQual).
• Discuss cases with facility healthcare professionals to obtain care plans.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors on utilization management.
• Support care progression to appropriate levels and coordinate discharge planning.
• Identify care delays and engage with physicians and case managers.
• Follow SOPs for end-to-end case management and audit activities.
