Job summary

OLLY, a leader in vitamins and supplements, seeks a Director of Brand Strategy & Business Growth to drive brand-driven growth across its portfolio. This remote role reports to the VP of Brand Strategy & Innovation and focuses on translating consumer insights into strategic growth opportunities.

Lead the Brand Strategy Team, develop segment plans with Brand Managers, and ensure cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to unlock disproportionate growth.

• Experience leading brand strategy with a track record of growth.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into growth plans.
• Strong financial acumen and business storytelling.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop OLLY's Brand Strategy team to drive brand health and growth.
• Translate consumer insights and marketplace trends into actionable growth plans.
• Partner with Brand Managers to align segment strategies into a cohesive growth agenda.
• Own KPIs across revenue, share, distribution, pricing and profitability.
