Qualifications

• 7+ years of injection molding and process development experience.
• Hands-on experience with molding equipment and tooling.
• Experience writing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and validation documentation.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead molding projects from charter through production launch.
• Manage transfers, tooling builds, capacity expansions and installations.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and WBS.
• Coordinate validation activities and reporting as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers on best practices.
