The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in injection molding process engineering and a proven ability to troubleshoot issues, improve capabilities, and lead process improvements in a manufacturing environment. This person should be comfortable mentoring engineers, specialists, and maintenance technicians, while also collaborating closely with manufacturing teams to support new molds, equipment launches, and ongoing production excellence.

Strong communication skills are essential, as this role will interact with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
