US Health Partners, LLC is seeking a Pharmacist (Per Diem) to deliver pharmaceutical clinical care and high-quality infusion therapy while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. You will help patients receive the safest, most effective medications through accurate dispensing and collaborative care.

The role is remote in Winchester, VA, with the ability to come onsite as needed; scheduling is as needed to align with patient demand and infusion operations.

Responsabilités

• Process and dispense medications accurately per Local Infusion rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate medications and supplies.
• Communicate with patients to address questions and ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with referring and internal providers to optimise outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and industry standards are upheld.
• Assist with operational and clinical tasks as needed.
