Job summary

Insight is seeking an Infrastructure Program Manager to lead client solutions programs remotely with light travel. You will govern cross-functional delivery, manage financials, risk, and adoption, ensuring value realization across a portfolio of engagements. PMP or equivalent certification and 8+ years of program leadership in technology services are preferred. Travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

8+ years in project management and delivery management.
Experience leading enterprise-scale programs and governance.
Proven ability to manage risk and drive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and run account program governance framework with Executive Steering Committees and Business Reviews.
Coordinate prioritization with Project Managers, delivery teams, Enterprise Architect, and Account Principal.
Maintain a single integrated delivery health across all active engagements.
Manage portfolio revenue, utilization, margin, and realized rate across engagements.
Enforce governance standards and pause, redirect, or halt delivery when standards are not met.
Drive adoption planning and value realization across client programs.
