Job summary

Insight’s Infrastructure Program Manager within the Client Solutions team oversees enterprise-scale IT infrastructure programs for key clients. You will drive governance, financial performance, risk management, and cross-project alignment across networking, cloud, data center, compute, storage, cybersecurity, migrations, and modernization initiatives.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication and collaboration with architects, engineers, PMs, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience in technology services or related environments.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale IT infrastructure programs or complex projects.
• Experience managing consulting infrastructure engagements for external clients.
• Experience with infrastructure areas such as networking, cloud, data center, compute, storage, cybersecurity, migrations, or modernization.
• PMP or equivalent program management certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-level IT infrastructure consulting programs with multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Define and lead program governance, including Executive Steering Committees and Business Reviews.
• Manage portfolio revenue, costs, utilization, margin, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Coordinate cross-project dependencies, risks, and resources across matrixed teams.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions transition into operational environments and align with Statements of Work.
• Maintain governance and delivery standards across the program lifecycle.
