Jack Henry is seeking a Senior/Staff Infrastructure Engineer for a remote role within approximately 70 miles of Overland Park, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. The candidate will lead and mentor teams, collaborate with product engineering, and ensure alignment of priorities in a fast-paced cloud infrastructure environment.

Required: 5+ years in development or infrastructure; 4+ years of team leadership; strong Agile experience; cloud infrastructure background.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in development or infrastructure as an individual contributor and advanced to Sr/Staff level.
• At least 4 years managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• 4 years leveraging an agile framework (Scrum/Kanban/Lean).
• Experience within a cloud infrastructure environment.

Responsabilidades

• Reinforce expected responsibilities to maintain focus and avoid urgency-driven scope changes.
• Collaborate with product engineering to align priorities and communicate impacts of changes.
• Build relationships with technical leads to support delivery and team health.
• Provide clarity on who we are and are not to enable focused delivery.
• Empower engineers to engage and own problems and drive decision-making.
