Jack Henry & Associates is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team building and operating cloud services, web apps, and data pipelines for credit unions. You will guide architecture, ensure reliable delivery, and collaborate with product and security leaders to craft scalable, secure solutions.

The role is remote with a requirement to reside within ~70 miles of one of our U.S. offices, including Springfield, MO.

Formación

7+ years in software development and 1+ year leading engineers.
Experience designing and operating cloud-based software systems.
Experience with REST APIs and data pipeline/streaming tech.
Experience supporting production systems including incident response.
Experience coaching engineers with varying skill levels.

Responsabilidades

Manage, coach, and develop software engineers with clear goals and feedback.
Set priorities, assign work, remove blockers, ensure quality and delivery.
Lead design, development, release, and production support of cloud services and data pipelines.
Own availability, performance, observability, and incident response.
Review architecture and provide technical guidance to leaders.
Establish standards for design reviews, testing, security, and releases.
Coordinate dependencies with product, cloud, data, security, and on-prem teams.
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership.
May perform other duties as assigned.
