Job summary

This remote role requires living within ~70 miles of listed office locations; you will coach engineers, manage delivery, and collaborate with product and security teams to drive secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in software development.
• At least 1 year managing engineers directly.
• Experience designing and operating cloud-based systems.
• Experience supporting production systems and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and release of cloud services and data pipelines.
• Coach engineers through performance and career development.
• Set priorities, remove blockers, ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Oversee availability, observability, and incident response.
• Review architectures and provide guidance with peers.
• Coordinate with product, security, and cloud teams.
