Qualifications

• 5+ years in development or infrastructure as an individual contributor.
• At least 4 years managing a team or multiple teams in a fast paced environment.
• 4 years leveraging a framework that fits within the broader agile umbrella (e.g., scrum, kanban, Lean).
• Experience within a cloud infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce team alignment and focus on priorities.
• Collaborate with product engineering to plan and communicate impact of changes.
• Build relationships with technical leads and team leads.
• Provide clarity on roles and expectations to enable delivery.
