Job summary

Social Discovery Group (SDG) seeks an Infrastructure Security Engineer to strengthen our global online platforms. This remote, full-time role emphasizes Zero Trust architecture, endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, and SIEM-based monitoring across a distributed infrastructure.

You will design network segmentation, coordinate penetration tests and incident response, and drive remediation while collaborating with IT and security teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in infrastructure/network security.
• Hands-on experience with Zero Trust Network Access platforms.
• Experience hardening and managing endpoints (EDR/antivirus).
• Experience designing network segmentation (VLANs, firewall zones, microsegmentation).
• Experience running a Vulnerability Management process (CVSS, remediation SLAs).
• Experience building/tuning SIEM detections and onboarding log sources.
• Experience coordinating or leading incident response for infra security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Cloudflare Zero Trust architecture (Access, Gateway, Tunnel, One Client).
• Harden and protect endpoints through baseline configuration, patching, and EDR/antivirus management.
• Run the infrastructure Vulnerability Management process and track remediation.
• Build and maintain security monitoring capabilities and onboard new log/data sources into the SIEM.
• Design and enforce network segmentation to reduce lateral movement risk.
• Coordinate infrastructure-focused penetration tests and drive remediation.
• Coordinate incident response for infrastructure security incidents.
