Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant (Remote in the U.S., Eastern Time Zone preferred) to design and deliver tailored security solutions. You will build trusted advisor relationships, implement transformative processes, and advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams.

You will work on SD-WAN, CASB, Shadow IT, and SaaS integrations, traveling up to 40% as needed. A DoD/DoW clearance and citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the assigned customers
• 8+ years of professional experience in network engineering, network security, or professional services
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in LAN/WAN routing, HTTP Proxy technologies, SSL interception, and troubleshooting BGP and OSPF
• Ability to be granted and maintain a Public Trust or DoD/DoW security clearance/access, with willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 40% travel)
• May require transitioning from remote to working onsite in a government or Zscaler facility in Crystal City, VA or the DC Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers to deliver tailored zero trust solutions
• Design and execute solutions using Zscaler’s suite of products, including SDWAN, CASB, Shadow IT, and SaaS integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to envision and implement future-proof, transformative processes
• Advocate customer needs with cross-functional teams to influence product development
• Produce documentation, best practices, and demos to enable organizational growth
