Job summary

Figure, based in San Jose, CA, seeks a senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage security controls across our backend services and cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on, senior IC role with opportunities to shape security postures and roadmaps.

You will own identity and access across multi-cloud environments, enforce least-privilege, and advance zero-trust networking while collaborating with DevOps, Networking, and R&D to move security forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in Kubernetes, containers, and cloud security tooling.
• Experience designing multi-cloud security controls and secure defaults.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner across teams.
