Ladders is seeking an Information Security Program Manager to guide the design and execution of enterprise security programs for a leader in Aerospace & Defense. This remote role collaborates with executives and technical teams to strengthen security posture in a highly regulated environment.

You will shape policies, incident response, and awareness across the organization while ensuring compliance with standards and improving readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security leadership roles (e.g., CISO or vCISO)
• 3+ years in security operations, engineering, or vulnerability management
• Experience in consulting/managed services for regulated industries
• Hands-on with NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, SOC 2, or PCI DSS
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• CISSP certification required; additional certifications preferred

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Information Security Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This remote role will guide the design and execution of security programs that protect sensitive systems, information, and operations in a highly regulated environment. The position will partner closely with executives and technical teams to strengthen security posture, improve readiness, and align controls with business and compliance requirements. It will also play a key role in shaping policies, incident response, and awareness efforts across the organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
