Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank seeks an Information Security Technician to support daily information security processes. You will review logs and alerts to identify abnormal activity and generate reports for user access certifications, while gathering documentation for audit processes.

Position is remote with traditional hours; evening and weekend hours may be required for projects, but this is minimal. You will maintain departmental procedures and assist in audit-related activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field preferred.
• Previous IT experience or equivalent education required.
• Should possess good communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily review of security logs to identify irregular activity and system changes.
• Completes tasks related to user access certifications.
• Maintains a list of departmental procedures.
• Gathers information as required for audit processes.
