Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank is seeking a senior Technology/Quality control professional to oversee risk management and system changes within the corporate technology environment. You will monitor software parameters, coordinate releases with Project Office, and work with business units and vendors to implement secure, compliant changes.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of banking systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years related experience in quality control, project and/or application support.
• In-depth technical knowledge of the assigned systems and how they relate to processing.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Fosters cooperation and communication with other departments, vendors, and within the Technology Group.
• Monitors day-to-day communications such as bulletins and release notes from the software vendor.
• Monitors software parameter and configuration changes daily and ensures proper documentation.
• Coordinates all software releases with Project Office to ensure timely production deployments.
• Maintains knowledge of systems and advises business and technology managers on implementation techniques.
