iRESTORE is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to scale creator partnerships for Body and Skin products. You will own the full lifecycle from discovery to performance analysis, working with Growth, Brand, and Paid Media teams. A proactive, commercially minded marketer is a fit for our remote-first culture.

The role emphasizes identifying creators, negotiating campaigns, and driving revenue through strategic influencer programs across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of dedicated influencer, affiliate, or creator marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Experience executing performance-focused influencer strategies and managing campaigns from discovery to reporting.
• Direct experience communicating with influencers, talent managers, agencies, and affiliate partners across platforms.
• Knowledge of performance-based influencer marketing, including creator economics, commissions, terms, and rights.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to engage influencers and scale creator programs.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and budget management.
• Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day influencer strategy and campaign execution for Body and Skin categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit creators aligned with brand and growth objectives.
• Manage full creator partnership lifecycle: outreach, seeding, negotiations, briefs, approvals, posting schedules, payments.
• Build long-term relationships with creators, agents, agencies, and partners.
• Develop campaign briefs translating product positioning into platform-native content.
• Collaborate with Performance Creative and Paid Media for high-performing content.
• Secure content usage rights and whitelisting access.
• Monitor campaign performance across engagement, traffic, and revenue metrics.
• Use insights to improve creator selection and testing.
• Maintain trackers, budgets, timelines, and content libraries.
