Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Influencer Marketer to build our influencer program from the ground up. You will own strategy, creator sourcing, deal negotiation, briefs, and campaign execution across product launches and cultural moments.

You will measure impact with our data team and optimize ROI, working with cross-functional partners across paid, social, and product marketing. The role is remote-first, with collaboration across EST–CET timezones and potential office options.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a measurable channel.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, tiers, budget, and playbook.
• Source, vet, and sign creators across multiple platforms.
• Negotiate and structure deals with creators, including non-standard structures.
• Write briefs that protect brand quality while enabling authentic content.
• Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches and features.
• Own measurement, attribution, and ROI decisions for creator programs.
• Collaborate with paid, social, product marketing, data, and legal teams.
• Build scalable systems: pipelines, benchmarks, templates, reports.
