Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator/UGC management, or social content production.
• Experience sourcing, briefing, and managing creators at volume (dozens to hundreds).
• Strong written and verbal English (C1 or above); able to communicate with U.S. teams.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and build pipelines of UGC creators and influencers aligned to client brands.
• Evaluate creators for quality, on-camera presence, and brief compliance, not just follower count.
• Maintain an organized roster of vetted creators across verticals.
