Frontier Airlines is seeking a Flight Attendant Recruiter to lead full-cycle Inflight recruitment, partnering with management to staff Flight Attendant and Inflight positions. This Human Resources role supports a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment from Denver HQ or remote in Denver, with the flexibility to travel as needed.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of high-volume recruitment experience, airline recruiting preference, and strong communication skills in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of high-volume recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Airline recruitment or Inflight operations experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes against qualifications and create competency-based interview questions.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process and update hiring leaders on progress.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned openings.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps and ensure compliance.
