Powerhouse Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals to start a career in financial services with 100% remote work and ongoing coaching. No prior insurance experience is required, and you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop real-world sales and business skills.

You will conduct financial protection consultations by phone/Zoom, build and manage your own book of business, and have opportunities for leadership and advancement as you grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, leadership, athletics, or other people-focused roles can be a great foundation.
• No experience? No problem. Your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more than having industry experience.
• Open to remote work and self-driven growth with coaching and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals and families who have requested information
• Conduct financial protection consultations by phone and Zoom
• Learn how to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
• Build and manage your own book of business
• Develop valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills

• Work toward obtaining your life insurance license with training and support
