Job summary

Helion is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead distribution and supply chain improvement projects in a fast-paced environment. You will own large-scale initiatives aimed at increasing throughput, optimizing warehouse operations, and delivering measurable results across a complex distribution network.

You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership to drive execution, manage vendors and contractors, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial engineering experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or supply chain environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong background managing third-party vendors, contractors, and equipment installations.
• Experience with warehouse optimization, facility layouts, labor planning, and process improvement.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
