Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean / Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning.
• Develop labor standards, layouts, and process documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead Kaizen events, 5S, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Drive standardization and process optimization.
• Train teams on Lean tools and best practices.
• Perform hazard assessments and ergonomic evaluations.
• Support job safety analyses (JSA) and root cause investigations.
• Improve safety systems, layouts, and visual controls.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support performance improvement across multiple sites.
