The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and experience with labor management systems. Qualifications

• Requires travel: 50% to client sites.
• Strong analytical skills to develop engineered labor standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage implementation of Warehouse Management/Labor Management systems.
• Conduct time and motion studies and develop engineered labor standards.
• Provide project management and hands-on system configuration.

Skills

Experience with Warehouse Management/Labor Management systems (JDA/Blue Yonder preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong Excel-based background, regression analysis, and data-mining techniques

Experience and understanding of distribution center environment

Experience with stat/data analysis

MOST certification

Education

Bachelor’s in Industrial & Systems Engineering
