Responsibilities

Collaborate to develop objectives and strategies in support of divisional business development goals.
Prepare and execute business development action plans for target markets/clients.
Monitor sales activity and market conditions and adjust strategy accordingly.
Analyze opportunities for best fit with divisional goals.
Coordinate with estimating for resource planning and proposals.
Prepare pre-qualification and Expression of Interest documentation.
Lead pricing discussions and negotiations with clients.
Maintain client contact and identify new work leads.
