Aecon Industrial is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to lead growth across the Gulf Coast, focusing on midstream, downstream, petrochemical, and industrial manufacturing markets. This role emphasizes identifying new clients, maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth while traveling across Texas and nearby states.

Beaumont, TX will be the primary office with remote work possible.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and manage strategic BD plans.
• Strong negotiation and client-management skills.
• Experience in heavy industrial, midstream, or downstream markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop objectives and strategies to support divisional BD goals.
• Prepare BD action plans for target markets/clients.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Analyze opportunities and filter for best fit with goals.
• Coordinate with estimators on resource planning for opportunities.
• Prepare pre-qualification and EOIs for potential projects.
• Lead proposals and pricing strategy discussions with clients.
• Maintain client contacts and identify new work leads.
• Track pursuit lists in CRM and report competitive activity.
