Job summary

Aecon Industrial seeks a seasoned business development professional to lead growth across the Gulf Coast. The primary office is Beaumont, TX, with remote work options and frequent travel to target clients in midstream, downstream, petrochemical, and industrial markets.

You will build strategic plans, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing plans, pursuing opportunities, coordinating with estimating, negotiating with clients, and maintaining CRM

Qualifications

Experience in heavy industrial, midstream and downstream O&G, petrochemical sectors.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to report data and analyze trends to drive revenue growth.
Willingness to travel across Texas and Gulf Coast states.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop objectives and strategies to support divisional business development goals in target markets.
Prepare and execute business development action plans for target markets/clients.
Monitor sales activity and market conditions; adjust strategy as needed.
Identify opportunities and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Coordinate with estimating and procurement to support proposals and pricing.
Lead negotiations with clients and prepare proposal submissions.
Maintain CRM records and track pursuit lists; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
