INTERNATIONAL PLANNED PARENTHOOD FEDERATION is seeking an Individual Philanthropy Officer to manage a portfolio of 150+ mid-level and major donors ($1,000+). You will oversee stewardship, drive donor engagement, and contribute to strategy and pipeline growth in a dynamic INGO environment.

You will perform donor research, support the Planned Giving program, and collaborate with the Global Head of Individual Philanthropy and the Sr. Philanthropy Officer, with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Moderate development experience with direct experience working with individual donors or equivalent education.
• Experience with at least one eCRM tool, like EveryAction.
• Strong communications and project management skills, including writing and editing for donor communications and fundraising.
• Previous experience in the sexual and reproductive health and rights sector at a global level (preferred).
• Superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience and comfort working in a small- to mid-sized INGO; willingness to travel up to 20% within the U.S. and possibly abroad.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to an annual work plan with fundraising targets and goals.
• Maintain a dynamic portfolio of approximately 150 donors at 4-/5-figure levels.
• Oversee stewardship, cultivation, and solicitation plans to drive donor acquisition, retention, and upgrades.
• Support the Global Head of Individual Philanthropy and Sr. Philanthropy Officer in donor discovery visits/calls.
• Contribute to development and growth of the Planned Giving program.
• Perform comprehensive donor research to support pipeline development.
• Support management of a new mid-level giving society.
• Organize and participate in donor cultivation events with the team.
• Maintain the fundraising constituent database.
• Perform other fundraising operations as the program evolves.
