Job summary

Hollingsworth & Vose Company is seeking a Supply Chain Master Data Analyst in East Walpole, MA. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on ensuring accuracy and governance of master data across ERP and related systems.

You will maintain items, vendors, customers, BOMs, and routings; run data quality audits; and help define data standards while supporting cross-functional teams in procurement, planning, and finance. Attention to detail and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

2–5 years of hands-on master data maintenance in a supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Experience creating and updating records in at least one major ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle/NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Knowledge of materials/items, vendors/customers, BOMs/routings data domains.
Strong Excel skills for data cleansing, lookups, and pivots.
Ability to write clear process documentation and data standards.

Responsibilities

Create, update, extend, and deactivate master data across ERP and connected systems.
Execute mass data updates and migrations with validation.
Ensure cross-system consistency and synchronize dependent systems.
Run data quality audits and remediate findings; define KPIs and dashboards.
Draft SOPs and data standards; govern data requests and approvals.
Support ERP projects, testing, and data validation; provide ad hoc analyses as needed.
