The role emphasizes supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and driving savings, with strong analytical and communication skills required for remote collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience focused on indirect materials.
• Experience in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect materials and services.
• Onboard new suppliers meeting quality, cost, and ethics standards.
• Negotiate favorable pricing and contract terms with suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance with regular reviews.
