Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an Incident Response Manager to lead engagements, triage client objectives, and communicate findings to executives.

You will mentor analysts across Windows, Mac, and Linux, develop new hunting methods, and work with counsel on intrusion investigations. The role requires experience in incident response, network forensics, and remediation planning, with opportunities to shape client security postures and share insights through blogs and public talks.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements.
• Perform initial triage and scoping for prospective clients to understand objectives.
• Effectively communicate with executives on forensics and malware analysis.
• Develop methods to hunt for bad actors across large data sets.
• Work under outside counsel to conduct intrusion investigations.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts on host/network forensics across Windows, Mac, Linux.
• Provide strategic, feasible recommendations to mature security posture during/after incidents.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations to stakeholders including regulators and counsel.
• Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blogs, CrowdCasts, and public talks.
