Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist, IR to support Vector3’s Incident Response business. You will manage real-time consultant capacity, intake, scoping, engagement scheduling, SOWs, and completion-to-invoicing workflows across a cross-functional team.

Collaborating with leadership, legal, finance, TMHCC Cyber Incident Management, and clients, you will help accelerate engagements while enabling technical resources to focus on delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, Finance, or related field.
• PM certification is preferred but not required.
• 2 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, deal desk, renewals, contract administration, or related function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IR intake, capacity, and SLA adherence.
• Schedule engagements and manage milestones across stakeholders.
• Prepare, route, and track SOWs and related documents.
• Coordinate invoicing and revenue operations with finance.
• Maintain accurate CRM, engagement, and billing records.
