Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with targets.
• Strong English communication, both speaking and writing.
• Owns numbers, follows through, and stays accountable.
• Coachable mindset with ability to adapt in a growing startup.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).

Responsibilities

• Convert warm inbound phone leads through consultative conversations.
• Explain cremation options and pricing, handle objections, and close.
• Follow up by phone, text, and email with accurate records.
• Meet sales targets while supporting related workflows.
