As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll listen with empathy and guide families who have reached out to Meadow through their options with clarity and compassion. You’ll own individual sales targets, offer thoughtful recommendations, and follow through to close - helping families make confident decisions without pressure. There’s no cold calling.
Depending on team needs and performance, your work may include inbound calls, returning lead follow-up, and support that keeps the sales process running smoothly.
The conversations can be sensitive, but our teammates often describe the work as deeply rewarding. You’ll bring clarity to an unfamiliar process and help families take an important next step.
You’re comfortable with HubSpot or a similar CRM and have a workspace that meets our technical requirements.
Extra points for Spanish fluency or experience in high-trust categories such as insurance, healthcare, or travel.
Most teammates start as Second Call Representatives, building product knowledge, closing sales, and developing Meadow’s consultative approach.
High-performing Day Shift reps may become eligible for the First Call Representative team after approximately three months. First Call reps receive more inbound opportunities and move to an uncapped performance-based compensation plan tied directly to dollars sold.
Advancement depends on sustained results, including conversion performance, customer experience, workflow accuracy, and reliability. It isn’t automatic, but the path is clear.
Compensation: $67-$10/hr OTE, including base pay and monthly performance bonuses.
Schedule: Full-time, eight-hour shifts on a fixed weekly schedule.
Tools: HubSpot, Aircall, Google Workspace, Slack, and our case management system.
