Meadow is expanding across the U.S. and building an inbound sales team to help families choose cremation services with confidence. In this remote, full-time role, you’ll guide warm inbound inquiries, explain options, handle objections, and close with a consultative approach.

The work emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and ownership within a rapidly growing startup. You’ll start by converting warm inbound leads, following up across calls, texts, and emails, and maintaining precise records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience and a record of hitting individual targets, ideally closing consumer sales over the phone.
• Strong spoken and written English is clear, warm, and confident.
• You track your numbers, follow through, and act when you’re behind.
• You stay composed, use feedback, and adapt as a growing startup evolves.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm inbound phone leads through thoughtful, consultative conversations.
• Explain cremation options and pricing, handle objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Follow up by phone, text, and email, keeping records and next steps accurate.
• Meet sales and quality targets while supporting queue coverage and related workflows.
