Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to own the US B2C market. You will close hot inbound traffic, handle high-volume calls, and negotiate pricing to secure deposits.

Remote work with a structured ramp-up and uncapped commission is offered, plus ongoing product training and career growth in a premium glass solutions company. Expect to work with native-level English, 2–3+ years of sales experience, and a strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Native-level English and fast-paced selling environment.
• 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in closing roles.
• Experience selling to US residential customers (B2C).
• Strong negotiation skills; ability to handle objections and close.
• CRM proficiency; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn technical/custom products.

Responsibilities

• Close hot inbound traffic with no cold calling.
• Handle high-volume calls, pitch, address objections, and close deals.
• Negotiate terms and pricing within company rules.
• Master product details to answer questions confidently.
• Keep HubSpot pipeline clean with detailed notes and next steps.
• Close deals and collect deposits, hand off to PM team.
