Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to crush the US B2C market. You will handle hot inbound leads via phone, pitch, negotiate pricing, and close deals remotely with US-based clients. The role offers uncapped commissions, rapid growth, and a structured ramp-up bonus system.

You’ll work a full-time schedule 8:30 am – 5:00 pm NY time, with remote work and B2B contract status. Prior experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, and strong English proficiency are key.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of English (C1+) for daily calls with US clients.
• 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in closing roles.
• Experience working remotely is strongly preferred.
• Experience with US-based clients is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Close hot inbound traffic and convert leads.
• Handle high-volume calls with US clients, including pitching and objections.
• Negotiate pricing within company rules and push to increase client budget.
• Learn the product inside out to answer client questions.
• Keep HubSpot CRM clean and up-to-date; log calls and update deal stages.
• Close deals and secure deposits; hand the project off to the PM team.
