Jerry.ai in the United States is hiring Remote Inbound Sales Agents who come from top-tier retail/service backgrounds to deliver exceptional hospitality and service in a 100% remote role.

You’ll train and obtain an insurance license, guide users through purchasing, compare 55+ providers, and close policies, with uncapped commissions and full benefits, paid training, and flexible schedules. Starting pay is $19–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in top-tier retail/service with strong hospitality.
• Willingness to work remotely and manage multiple tasks in a tech-focused environment.
• Interest in obtaining an insurance license after training.

Responsibilities

• Go through paid training and insurance licensing.
• Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process (no cold-calling).
• Help customers compare 55+ different insurance providers to fit budget.
• Listen to customer concerns and find solutions.
• Close the deal and finalize policies.
