Jerry.ai is seeking Remote Inbound Sales Agents who originate from top-tier retail/service backgrounds. You will help customers compare 55+ insurance options and guide them to the right policy within our app, providing an exceptional service experience.

This full-time remote role offers $19.00–$21.00 per hour plus uncapped commission, paid training and licensing, and comprehensive benefits. Equipment is provided and schedules are flexible.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong service mindset.
• Ability to sell and handle objections in a remote setup.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Go through paid training and obtain insurance licensing.
• There is no cold-calling; you engage customers who are already seeking insurance in-app.
• Help customers compare 55+ insurance providers to find a suitable policy.
• Listen to customer concerns and guide them to a confident choice and close the deal.
