Jerry.ai is hiring for a Remote Inbound Sales Agent role that supports customers exploring insurance options entirely online. You’ll receive paid training and licensing to legally sell insurance, guide users through the purchase process, and help them compare 55+ insurers to find the best fit.

You’ll close deals while delivering a high-touch customer experience and earn a base pay of $19–$21 per hour with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Go through paid training and insurance licensing; pass licensing exam to legally sell insurance
• Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process (no cold-calling)
• Simplify the process by helping customers compare 55+ insurance companies to fit their budget
• Solve problems by listening to customer concerns and finding confident solutions
• Close the deal by finalizing the new policy
