Jerry.ai is seeking Remote Inbound Sales Agents who come from top-tier retail/service backgrounds to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will go through paid training and insurance licensing, guide users through the purchasing process without cold calls, and help clients compare providers to fit their budget.

The role offers $19.00–$21.00 per hour plus uncapped commission, with full benefits and the option for a flexible schedule in a 100% remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high‑volume retail/service environments is valued.
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license after training.
• Able to work remotely and manage multiple tasks in a tech‑driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training and insurance licensing to legally sell insurance.
• Guide users through the insurance purchasing process without cold calls.
• Help customers compare 55+ insurance providers to fit their budget.
• Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions to build confidence in their choice.
• Assist customers in finalizing their new policy.
